Grateful

Dear Kari and the entire Fenelli Team,

Thank you, Kari – for all you have done for Louis and I.  You have helped us make difficult decisions and guided us with great empathy and grace.  You treated us like we were your own family, a trait you have a gift for.  We have had some difficult situations that required your patience with needed changes.  You took special care to make sure my husband understood everything, as he has declining cognition after a stroke.  When my brother passed away unexpectedly, you were incredibly kind and caring, and helped me revise things.  I ho
