Thomas J. Welch is Of Counsel to the Fenelli Law Firm and is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Florida. Tom is also admitted to practice before the Northern and Central Federal District Courts.
Areas of practice include Estate and Tax Planning, Trust Administration, business and corporate matters, including forming business entities.
Prior to his legal education, Tom attended Florida State University and graduated with a B.S. Degree in History. He then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree. Tom also graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2012, earning his LL.M, Masters in Taxation.
Tom enjoys working closely with clients to help them solve their estate, tax and business planning needs and formulate an overall individual plan for each client’s own specific and unique facts and circumstances.
Tom and his wife, Kari, also member of the Firm, have been married in September of 2005 and are residents of Orange County, California. In his spare time, he enjoys watching FSU football, stand up paddle boarding, surfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
